Guatemala City is situated at an altitude of 1,500 m, boasting a comfortable “eternal spring” climate year-round. Our Jagrti in Colinas de Minerva (Mixco) is 20 20-minute drive from the city center, where regular meditation classes were started in 2018. Yoga centers that only teach asanas and physical practices often welcome meditation classes as an addition to their regular activities.
