Meet Yansha

He has known the term Yoga since the 6th grade of elementary school, where he discovered a book about yoga asanas and pranayama. “I was very interested in learning the movements and doing what I could. And when I prayed in the afternoon, I did breathing exercises,” he said. But Yansha did not dare to deepen further because there was no mentor, and for fear of being misdirected.

Years later, he experienced a very painful and worrying illness for which he visited a specialist. But there was no real solution, and coupled with a desire to break away from dependence on chemical drugs, Yansha finally began searching for information related to Yoga and health. “Slowly, my physical and mental condition improved, and my experiences encouraged me to share with the community about the benefits of Asana Yoga and Meditation”.

Yansha is one of the graduates of the 4th batch of the Yoga Teacher Training held by Ananda Marga Yoga and Meditation Foundation under the guidance of Master Manohara and Sanyasi Dada Vibhakarananda.
