Kids Yoga classes on Sundays

Each themed session offers children a fun and enriching yoga experience through breathing exercises, movement games, singing, storytelling, and other engagement activities!

Yoga helps children connect more deeply with their inner self, and develop flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness improve.

Note: Parents are not required to stay for the entire class duration. Yoga mats are provided.

About the Instructor

June Nyu is a certified yoga teacher and received Dance Movement Therapy training in New Zealand and the UK. She completed her Diploma in Yoga Science, Practice, and Lifestyle from Ananda Marga Singapore in 2013. She has taught kids yoga since 2015.
