A kitchen started as an initiative of AMURTEL in Central Gaza, Deir Al Bahal, by Didi Ananda Rasasudha after the displacement of thousands of people from the North to the Center and South.
The regular Daily Hot Food distribution from AMURTEL Kitchen began in September 2025, operating on a 10-day donation roster with a rotation of Amurt/el units globally. Thanks to our ground team of volunteers, working in collaboration with the organizing team and under the supervision of Palestinian leader Hatem.
