As per tradition, the annual Ananda Marga Easter Retreat is held in Cuernavaca, the ‘city of eternal spring’. In 2019, it was held in the beautiful and serene garden of Cedech, a retreat Centre in the outskirts of the city, where around 15 Margiis found their way from near and far.
It started a bit fumbling, but as the Kiirtana and meditation intensified, stressed-out faces mellowed, and we all eased into a ‘bubble’ of joy and devotion. The well-received classes focused on dharmic and neo-humanistic topics, highly relevant to the current global situation.
Everyone enjoyed the retreat very much, and the planning for next year’s program has already started.
